Discipline & Conduct

  • Principal shall have complete powers over maintenance of discipline in the college.
    Students should carry their Identity Cards with them & produce them whenever demanded by the authorities.
  • Principal may impose a fine, suspend or expel a student from college in case of indiscipline or violent misbehaviour or gross insubordination & violation of college rules & regulations.
  • The Principal will generally keep in touch with the parents or guardians or students who are academically backward & do not regularly attend classes or pay the fees, etc.
  • Students found incorrigible even after three runnings will be removed from the rolls of the college.
  • Parents should keep in touch with the Principal from time to time & know the progress & punctuality of their wards.
  • Students are expected to keep the college campus, neat & clean.
  • Strict silence should be observed in the class & in college premises.
  • Any damage or loss caused to the college property will be recovered from the student(s) responsible.
  • Students should be polite & courteous to the teaching & office staff. They should not use unacceptable language with the fellow students or the staff.
  • Bringing outsiders into the college premises without obtaining prior permission from the principal is deemed as misconduct.
  • Ragging, in & around the college premises is strictly forbidden. Any student found guilty of eve teasing will be expelled from the college.
  • Organising any activity without being permitted by the principal in writing constitutes misconduct.
  • Disturbing the lecturer inside the classroom constitutes serious misconduct.
  • Hall-ticket for the University Exam will be issued to the students having no dues.
  • All library books have to be returned for obtaining clearance from library, unless the Principal permits retention of books on some specified conditions.
